Alternatives for Advertising
As an advertising client there are three ways in which you can retain the services of leisurejobs.co.uk to help your business. You may advertise through a General Listing, Showcase, Premium Showcase, and for employers, Top Job listing facilities, or a combination of them.
We have the right to refuse to accept your advertisement or additions or amendments to it though we will normally only do so if the proposed advertisement is offensive (including infringing any advertising codes of practice or standards), infringes any criminal or civil law, or is inappropriate for a web site concerning sports recruitment. However, we also operate a management service, so that if you require assistance with the formulating and/or placing of an advertisement, we will be happy to accommodate you, though a management administration fee will be charged in addition to the fees ordinarily charged for the service, to be agreed on an individual basis at the time.

Alternatively you can apply to leisurejobs.com ltd. for a credit account. All invoices are payable on receipt as per Client signed confirmation form(s). Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 3% above Barclays Bank plc's base rate from time to time. Where a monthly instalment plan is arranged, any default on this arrangement will result in full payment becoming due with immediate effect.
a. The Recruiter may terminate the provision of Services in writing to us:
i. To expire at the end of the Fixed Term.
ii. In the event that we are in material breach of these terms and conditions and have not remedied such breach within ten days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:
iii. We become insolvent, cease to trade or go into liquidation
iv. Termination by the Customer before the end of the Fixed Term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire Fixed Term.
Refunds cannot be provided if the Candidate is not of the desired age, sex, race, or nationality, as these criteria contradict our equal opportunities policy, and common decency.
For the purposes of these terms an 'advertisement' includes the making of any subsequent amendments or additions.
Fees shown are for the advertisement for one job. For multiple applications please contact the sales team to discuss discounts.
The information we post on your behalf on our web site is your responsibility. We will use our best endeavours to accurately set out the information you give us but we do not accept liability for any immaterial errors. Our liability in respect of material errors, ie, those which render the advertisement valueless, are limited to a refund of the fees paid in respect of that placement.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the taking up of any references and satisfying yourselves with any responses you receive, including confirming any professional or academic qualifications, arranging medical examinations, and obtaining work permits. leisurejobs.com ltd. has no responsibility for the selection of one or other job seeker from those who apply through your advertisement.
We do not warrant the information you may receive from a job seeker or advertiser.
You are solely responsible for dealing with the administration of any candidates' responses to your advertisement and after employment with all administration of the candidates' remuneration and benefits.
Any information you receive will be kept confidential by you for the purposes of an application only and not under any circumstances, (without the job seeker's own consent) divulged to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
By making the facility of this site available leisurejobs.com ltd. does not guarantee any particular level of response or performance by those job seekers who respond to an advertisement.
You will ensure and hold leisurejobs.com ltd. harmless in respect of any mis-use by you of the site, and any infringement of criminal or civil law, but in any event you will not, and not attempt to, place any information on the site (either directly or indirectly) which contravenes any such law.
leisurejobs.com ltd. is not liable to you for any loss liability damage costs claims or expenses suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with the use of our site or recruitment of any job seeker using leisurejobs.com ltd.'s facilities, however they may arise. Nothing in these terms will construe leisurejobs.com ltd. as agent or principal for an advertiser or a job seeker, or leisurejobs.com ltd. as an employer of a job seeker. These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts in the event of any dispute. leisurejobs.com ltd. contracts only and exclusively on these terms, and upon no other terms on which you might prefer to rely. You are deemed to have accepted these terms when you place an advertisement with us and we place it on our site. These terms may not be varied unless expressly agreed in writing by a director of leisurejobs.com ltd.
